We have discovered a problem with one batch of Balancing Blooms Focus! batch number 5366, sold exclusively in Boots the Chemists between September 15th 2006 and May 15th 2007. None of this batch was sold from this website or in any other retail outlets.

Some bottles in this batch were made with insufficient natural brandy preservative, which may lead to a shortened shelf life. Only this product variant (Focus!) and only Focus! batch 5366 is affected and the batch number can be found on the label on the bottle.

Because our customers’ 100% satisfaction and safety is very important to us we are asking our customers to return any bottles of Balancing Blooms Focus! batch 5366.

Do not consume this product.

Please return any bottles you have to your nearest Boots store, where Boots will offer you an alternative product (they are not selling Focus! for a short time to avoid confusion during the recall) or a full refund.
